Scott Dews currently serves as Market President for First Security Bank in Hot Springs.
Scott is a 2004 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree.
Scott balances his professional responsibilities with active leadership in the community.
He currently serves as Chairman for the National Park College Foundation Board and
the Oaklawn Foundation and serves as a board member for Hot Springs Metro Partnership
and is involved the Hot Springs National Park Rotary Club. In 2022, Scott was named
one of Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40.
Scott, his wife, Tiffany and their three children, Gavin, Jackson, and Brooklyn are
active members of First Baptist Church in Hot Springs where he serves as a Deacon
and a teacher in the children/youth department. Scott also coaches in several local
youth sports leagues, including baseball, basketball, and soccer.
