GOAL: $4,250,000

Investing in NPC’s academic enterprise will ensure students are trained with the same technology they will use in the workforce. This initiative strives to provide collaborative, state-of-the-art learning environments that will enhance each student’s experience, offering compatible software and simulation to real-world environments. The following are areas of opportunity to invest:

  • Critical laboratory, IT, and simulation technologies
  • Academic programming support in areas such as arts and humanities, computer science and adult education

Headshot of Teresa Lambert

“I know that nursing students who take part in education programs involving simulations perform fewer medical mistakes in clinical settings, and are able to better develop their critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills. National Park College continues to produce workforce-ready nursing graduates that can problem solve and make clinical decisions. The use of patient simulation as an instructional strategy can enhance patient safety and optimize patient outcomes.”
