Graduation Participants
NPC graduates, faculty, and staff participating in graduation may only bring the following items:
- Regalia (cap and gown)
- One clear stadium bag or clear purse that is not larger than 14"x14"x6". Clear stadium bags featuring NPC's logo may be purchased in the bookstore. Graduates will receive a free NPC stadium bag when picking up cap and gown.
- Any smaller bags, such as cosmetic bags, that may be carried inside a stadium bag or purse should also be clear.
- If a smaller bag that's placed inside a stadium bag or purse is not clear, the bag is subject to being searched.
Graduation Guests
Friends and family of graduates and NPC family and staff not participating in graduation may only bring the following items:
- One clear stadium bag or clear purse that is not larger than 14"x14"x6". Clear stadium bags featuring NPC's logo may be purchased in the bookstore.
- Audio or video recording devices which must either fit inside a clear stadium bag/clear purse or be brought in without a camera/shoulder/gadget bag or carrying case.
Prohibited Items
All persons entering the Arena are subject to being searched. Prohibited items include:
- Backpacks
- Bags/purses that are not clear and that are larger than 14"x14"x6"
- Balloons
- Beach balls
- Confetti
- Firearms of any kind
- Fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind
- Frisbees
- Knives of any kind
- Laser pointers
- More than one clear bag
- Noise making devices
- Outside food or beverage
- Signs/flags/banners
- Streamers
- Weapons of any kind
- Any other items deemed by staff and/or event organizers to be a potential safety or security threat
- Any graduation participants or guests who bring a bag/purse that is not clear and/or is larger than the required 14"x14"x6" will be asked to place the unapproved item in their car and then return to be admitted.
Arena Entry Locations & Time
- All graduation participants and guests may enter the arena through the north entry, south entry, or grand lobby, which are shown on the Bank OZK Arena map.
- All entrances will be open at 9:00 a.m.
