COMMUNITY AND CORPORATE TRAINING HOSTS ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS DAY

Hot Springs, Arkansas – National Park College (NPC) Community and Corporate Training Division will host a professional development opportunity for administrative professionals April 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The one-day event will be located in the Frederick M. Dierks Center for Nursing and Health Sciences.

Continuing Education Specialist, Melinda Thornton said, “We wanted to allow employers an opportunity to celebrate the administrative professionals who keep our offices running smoothly. This event will show your administrative staff how much you appreciate them and provide valuable professional development training.”

The cost is $49 per person and includes lunch. The agenda will include:

Keynote speaker, Darla Thurber serves as Assistant to the President at NPC. She has worked in higher education for 17 years. A native of Hot Springs, she received her Associate of Arts degree from Garland County Community College and earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Arkansas.
